90-Day Return Policy

You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Items must be in the same condition you received them, unused and in the original packaging.
• You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
• To start a return, email info@tryrovina.com.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials and gift cards cannot be returned. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, under the same condition requirements.

Refunds

We'll let you know once your request is reviewed. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@tryrovina.com.
