Privacy policy

Rovina operates this store and website (the "Services"), powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge this policy.

Information We Collect

  • Contact details: name, billing and shipping address, phone number and email.
  • Payment and transaction details, including items you view, add to cart, buy or return.
  • Account information: username, password and preferences.
  • Messages you send to customer support.
  • Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We collect this directly from you, automatically when you use the Services, and from our service providers and partners.

How We Use It

  • To process payments, fulfill orders, manage your account and send order updates.
  • To send marketing by email, text or mail and show relevant ads.
  • To provide customer support and improve the Services.
  • To prevent fraud, keep the Services secure and comply with the law.

How We Share It

We share personal information with Shopify and vendors that work for us (payments, analytics, support, hosting, fulfillment and shipping), with marketing partners for advertising, with our affiliates, when you ask us to, and when required by law or in a business transaction. Our data partners may use cookies to link your visits with other information and send you marketing; you can opt out at app.retention.com/optout.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, delete, correct or port your data, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. In the UK and EEA you may also object to or restrict processing and withdraw consent. Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in our emails. We will verify requests and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Security, Retention and Children

No security measures are perfect, but we work to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed. The Services are not intended for children. Your information may be processed outside your country using recognized transfer safeguards.

Changes and Contact

We may update this policy and will post the new version here. For questions, complaints or to exercise your rights, email info@tryrovina.com.
